You don't have an item in my size, can I get it?
We select a range of sizes most common in the market but understand people may be outside these ranges. Please contact us and we may be able to arrange an appropriate size.
How long will shipping take?
We endeavour to ship products as soon as possible but within Australia they may take approximately 7 to 10 days.For international orders shipping will take approximately two to three weeks.We do not offer express shipping at the current time.
Do you ship to PO Box or Parcel lockers?
We appreciate people can't always be at home so use a shipping provider that supports a range of delivery options. If you need delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, we do charge a small premium due to the additional costs associated with these channels.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most international countries, although depending on the location additional duties and taxes may apply that are not reflected in our prices.
What payment methods do you accept in your store?
We endeavour to be payment agnostic but currently support American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you store my credit card number?
If you choose to save your credit card it is stored securely with Stripe with only a reference token being stored within the website.
What are the delivery charges for online orders?
Delivery charges will vary based on your location, please proceed to the checkout and enter your shipping address to see the correct delivery charge.
What is your policy on returns?
If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep the goods, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days for a full refund.You may also be entitled to returns for additional reasons under Australian Consumer Law. Refer to our returns policy for full details.
